Jam N The Ham Story
Jam N The Ham Farm & Ranch began as a small idea in 2009 on an apartment patio while growing something as simple as various peppers. The idea and knowledge of knowing what commercial food is usually sprayed with and when it is harvested just didn't sit right with me. Being an avid fan of apples and fresh produce I decided that I wanted to start an orchard and farm that could encompass the things that I and others enjoy eating but have a difficult time finding from the big box grocery stores. In 2018, the farm land was purchased, trees were planted, and plans to grow the farm were taking root. Several hundred apple, peach, and pear trees were planted, land was being tended to, and ideas were being formulated on how to make the farm as close to self-sustaining as possible.

With the addition of a few Hampshire/Duroc and American Guinea Hog pigs, some of the greatest pork has been added to the lineup. A marriage of delectable meat and a fantastic amount of flavor and marbling has been created. These are not your everyday commercial pigs. They are tender, juicy, and full of flavor thanks to their slower growth rates, pasture raising, and are never fed corn, soy, or GMO's.
